Focus of this website is on investment opportunities in form of Initial Public offers (IPOs) as well other emergent opportunities in the market which include arbitrage opportunities arising out of buyback of shares by companies etc. IPO’s have a bad reputation for taking investors for a ride but at the same time there are many times good companies that can provide significant returns as the market takes time to build confidence in them and many times their business is unique and could hold untapped potential.

Grey market premiums should be used for indicative purpose only as they can vanish quickly. Presently L&T Technology services may be commanding a premium of about Rs. 70/- on the IPO price & forthcoming IPO of ICICI prudential may be commanding better rates(application kostak price 1000/-) even as its price is not yet decided. on this website I cover each and every IPO and if it looks out-rightly good to me the same becomes evident from the “assessment” section of the analysis.
